Welcome to Small Group Training!

This program is designed for athletes ages 13-18. The program will last 8 weeks between 4/3/23 - 5/31/23. Training will be for 1 hour 2x a week. If you have a group you'd like to train with, please click the box at the end of the form, and someone will reach out to you. If you don't, please submit the form, and someone will reach out to you with a time and day of the week you'll be training.
