Strength and Speed is a 45-minute class that introduces youth athletes between the ages of 8 and 13 to the gym/dryland environment. We aim to make your kids more durable, faster, and stronger on and off the field. The class uses light kettlebells, dumbbells, and various non-loaded tools like ladders and hurdles. It's never too early to learn the right way to move.
